What kamski.app is
This website is an informational landing page for Kamski, a software product currently in development. No product or service is sold here. The site exists to share information about Kamski and to connect us with potential Design Partners.
Product mockups and feature descriptions represent our current design direction, not a finished product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and the Kamski name and logo — is owned by Kamski and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.
Design Partner program
Participation in the Kamski Design Partner program is voluntary and by invitation or application. By participating, you agree to:
— Keep Kamski product features, roadmap, and co-design session content confidential.
— Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any Kamski software, prototypes, or designs shared during the program.
Kamski retains full ownership of all intellectual property developed during or informed by the Design Partner program. Feedback and suggestions you provide may be incorporated into the product without attribution or compensation.
No warranties
This site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about future product functionality, availability, pricing, or release timing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kamski is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information it contains.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and company evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
