What information we collect
Information you give us directly: when you send email to hello@kamski.app, we receive your email address and the content of your message. When you book a call through our scheduling link, you provide your name, email address, and calendar availability directly to Calendly, Inc. — their privacy practices apply to that interaction.
Information collected automatically: our website is hosted on Vercel, Inc., which processes standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited as part of normal hosting operations. We do not have access to individualized visitor logs. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use your information
We use contact information solely to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct discovery calls, and communicate with Design Partner applicants. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Calendly, Inc. — when you book a call, you interact directly with Calendly's platform under their privacy policy.
Vercel, Inc. — our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data as part of providing hosting infrastructure.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make any of these requests, email hello@kamski.app with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.
Data retention
We retain contact information for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@kamski.app.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
